Orders are processed within 1-6 business days (excluding holidays) after the order confirmation email is sent. Once processed, the order is forwarded to the jeweller for production.

- Remove your jewellery before applying lotions, sunscreen, perfume, or when cleaning with harsh chemicals (e.g., bleach).
- Clean it using warm soapy water; avoid using sterling silver cleansers.
- Avoid exposure to chlorine, as it can discolor or damage your gold vermeil pieces. Remove your jewellery before entering pools or hot tubs.
- Keep in mind that all metals can tarnish over time. If your gold vermeil develops dark spots, you can gently rub it with a baking soda paste to restore its shine and color.

Gold vermeil pieces are made with precious metals and thick gold plating, offering superior quality compared to standard gold-plated jewellery. They are safe for sensitive skin, water-resistant, tarnish-free, and durable enough for everyday wear.
Yes, our necklaces are waterproof and tarnish-free. However, it's recommended to remove your jewellery when exposed to harsh chemicals, whether in the pool, kitchen, bathroom, or workplace, to maintain its quality.
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories.
