What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects, including faulty clasps, loose stones, or structural issues

• Functional problems that occur during normal and intended use

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Lost or stolen items

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised third-party repairs (including resizing by another jeweller)

• Normal wear and tear, such as surface scratches or natural tarnishing over time

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If your item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
