Orders are processed within 5-9 business days (excluding holidays) after the order confirmation email is sent. Once processed, the order is forwarded to the jeweller for production.

jewellery before applying lotions, sunscreen, perfume, or when cleaning with harsh chemicals (e.g., bleach). - Clean it using warm soapy water; avoid using sterling silver cleansers.
- Avoid exposure to chlorine, as it can discolor or damage your gold vermeil pieces. Remove your
jewellery before entering pools or hot tubs. - Keep in mind that all metals can tarnish over time. If your gold vermeil develops dark spots, you can gently rub it with a baking soda paste to restore its shine and color.

Yes, our necklaces are waterproof and tarnish-free. However, it's recommended to remove your
jewellery when exposed to harsh chemicals, whether in the pool, kitchen, bathroom, or workplace, to maintain its quality.
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories.
